The 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟑𝟎 (𝐃𝐀𝐍𝟐𝟎𝟑𝟎) established in 2017, outlines the nation’s strategy to enhance local space technology capabilities, drive new economic growth, strengthen national sovereignty, and advance knowledge for national development.

To support the implementation of DAN2030, MOSTI—through MYSA—developed the 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟯𝟬 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻: 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗮 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟯𝟬 (𝗠𝗦𝗘𝟮𝟬𝟯𝟬) in 2023. MSE2030 adopts a more open and strategic approach, encouraging private sector participation through Public-Private Partnership (PPP) initiatives.
